Here we see details for one of the changes as part of the new regulations which you should all take note of.

Flights above 400ft within the Flight Restriction Zone (FRZ) under ATC/ FIS authorisation will be removed after 31st December 2020. In future, the CAA must first approve flights exceeding 400ft even in an FRZ.

This information will later appear on UKPDRA01 and CAP 1789A therefore, this does not yet have to be reflected in the Operations Manual. After 31st December 2020, your Operations Manual should remove any statements indicating flights above 400ft can be conducted in a FRZ with just ATC/ FIS approval.
